About Us

Trinity was established in 1972 for the benefit of Newham residents.

We have a longstanding commitment to developing and nurturing a range of services in response to the changing needs of vulnerable and marginalised communities.

We proactively engage with local people to ensure our projects are responsive to their needs, and to identify solutions to local problems.

We also support informal groups to establish and develop their own activities and provide a community base for local people, groups or agencies to meet, and we encourage inter-generational activities that help to bring together diverse communities, and promote community cohesion.

An important feature of our work is supporting and encouraging local people to develop their own interests.

Community Projects

Alongside our own projects at Trinity, we also support organisations whose work closely aligns with ours by providing a subsidised space, which allows us to provide services to a wider range of people.
